My work is an intuitive integration of Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial Release (connective tissue therapy) and Neuromuscular therapy. It’s slow and effective in releasing the tension in the muscle and connective tissues, tendons and ligaments. It’s also deeply grounding, centering and relaxing. I often blend my bodywork with herbal consults and Akashic readings, to bring forth the highest potential for healing from the session. I allow myself to be led through each treatment, guided by your needs as well as what is sensed beyond the physical realm.
