Integrative Bodywork
This 75 min. session meets your needs in the moment, and can be used to address targeted concerns related to a physical, mental/emotional or psycho-spiritual concern.
Through advanced techniques based in the medical massage modalities, Osteopathic medicine and quantum mechanics, conditions including physical body pain, chronic and/or undiagnosed illness and mental/emotional unease, are treated on multiple levels, not just the superficial.
Many of our symptoms are often rooted in past trauma (severe injury, abuse, PTSD, etc.) and held in the soma (body tissue). Through this integrative approach to healing, symptoms, as well as their underlying causes in many instances, become more deeply understood, and our identification with and experience of them can shift.
Experiences had with this work can vary person to person, session to session, but most commonly people are left with a sense of being more fully “in the body”, grounded and at ease. Pain and discomfort are often lessened or dissipated all together, sleep can improve and feelings of anxiety or panic are lessened. Often, feelings of “expansion”, “lightness” and “being connected” to themselves and something larger are reported as well.

Akashic Records Reading
The Akasha is an energetic field where a vibrational record of every soul and its journey through time can be found. In this 60 minute reading, I engage with your own individual Akashic Record.
During this conversational experience, you have the opportunity to ask questions related to any topic in your life around which you are seeking clarity, direction or healing and receive valuable insight, practical guidance, understanding and empowerment to move forward in life.
The primary experience of engaging with the Akasha is one of feeling truly seen, known and deeply loved. The insights, information and awareness that come through this field are simply not available in more common states of consciousness, and often leave us with a profound sense of understanding, and guidance around appropriate action we can take.
These sessions are available in person, via Zoom or by phone.
