The Evolution of Evolve:

Evolve Bodywork was founded in the fall of 2007, following my education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY.

Over the past 15 years I’ve built a practice blending the medical massage modalities with Craniosacral work, developing a unique, focused technique. In the early years I focused on employing the “deeper” and more medically focused modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Connective Tissue (Fascial) Therapy, while also studying Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. I quickly found that these wildly different approaches blended beautifully to create a unique and super effective bodywork treatment, addressing acute or chronic pain through focused work while providing an opportunity for deep relaxation. This integrative approach is the foundation of my practice.

I returned to FLSM as an instructor in the fall of 2011, helping to guide future LMTs through the medical massage modalities, energy palpation, business and anatomy and physiology. My years teaching brought my own practice to a new level of depth and effectiveness.

In 2014 I decided to make another of my life long interests, as an herbalist, more official, and completed an apprenticeship with Heart-Stone Herbal School. This experience opened me up to a whole new way of using and integrating plant medicine into my personal and professional lives. Since the completion of that apprenticeship, and with the guidance of the Akashic energies, I continuously develop and offer medicinal, plant based products that compliment and round out my healing work. I often send clients home with a unique herbal remedy, formulated just for them.

In 2018 I began to explore some of the more energetic aspects of my work. Since the beginning of my career, and most often while working with the Craniosacral System, I knew that I was tapping into something beyond the physical with my clients. No stranger to meditation, mediumship and the like, I frequently received visions, sensations and auditory information about the person I was working with. After a few powerful and hard to ignore experiences during sessions with long time clients, I decided it was time to share this part of my work more openly. The confirmation I received from clients was strong, and it became undeniable that I was being given precise, relevant info to share with people.

2020 brought an abrupt halt to daily working life, and I used that time to focus on more deeply exploring and understanding my connections to other realms and intuition, elevating my conscious mind and fine tuning my energetic capabilities. This resulted in my study of the Akasha and developing a branch of my work as an Akashic Records practitioner, offering readings and inspiring healing on a deeper, collective level.

Once I began formal study in these areas the flood gates opened and I’ve been on a fast paced trajectory ever since, putting my lifelong abilities to use building a whole new branch of my business focused on Akashic and Intuitive readings and Quantum Energy Healing. This has also propelled me to move deeper into my work with Craniosacral therapy and embark on a three year journey towards certification in Biodynamic Craniosacral work.

Today, I enjoy the balance my work days bring between the physical and spiritual realms as I continue to offer my ever evolving integrative work. My deeper knowledge, eclectic experience and strong intuition help my practice stand out as one of the most holistic and beneficial in the area and I am grateful for the opportunity to be of service in these ways. I believe, above all else, my purpose here is to offer support with compassion and integrity, to anyone on a path to healing.
